I don't even know where to start! I would have never in a million years thought to put pulled pork and smoked sausage on a cheeseburger, but my goodness 😍😍😍 this is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! This was our first time here and we will definitely be back! Friendly people AMAZING FOOD!

Everything is absolutely fabulous!! The burgers, as one could guess, are a big hit, being juicy and flavorful! However, their chicken fried steak is also to die for! On top of the deliciously satisfying food, the service is great, always working in an energetic and friendly manor. Whether you’re from gilmer, or visiting or passing through, you definitely need to try this place out!

It was during a slower time of day,so that's what I'll use as an excuse for the less than clean areas. I did enjoy the food and the owner was very nice and welcoming. He even cooked up a batch of pork skins and let the few people who were there have them at no charge. I personally thought that was a nice gesture of hospitality. I will be back and will try something else from the menu.

Oh my! Don't betray your stomach with some other sub par food. Bubba's had the best chicken fried steak I have ever had the pleasure of trying. Texas at it's finest with BBQ, burgers, and so much more to offer. Even gave my dog a snack. Definitely recommend. Slap ya momma good.
